Nicole George Event Planning & Design is a wedding and event production and design company ideal for the creatively conscious adventurers, dreamers, and do-ers that we call our couples. We create personalized experiences and rad celebrations (yes rad…because no one remembers the average party) for clientele that values the lighter and brighter side of life and aren’t afraid to try something new. (Read: Most of our couples prefer to host a killer party with a side of wedding and we totally love every detail of that!) Design is our jam and we offer a variety of planning and coordination services suited for any stage of planning your dreamiest celebration ever. We span Southern California with offices in Long Beach and San Diego.

Owner + Creative Director
I have been designing and planning weddings, social, corporate, and non-profit events since 2009. My roots in architecture and interior design prompted a career in event design, where I became a Lead Designer with a principal wedding planning firm, eventually heading event departments in San Diego’s Balboa Park. Nicole George Event Planning & Design launched in 2013 and expanded to a second location in Long Beach in 2015. Let’s just say that my path has always been a career, never a hobby, which I’m truly proud of and have never looked back! I’m addicted to laid-back humble people and good vibes. Whether it’s over a craft beer or Kona coffee, I prefer good face-to-face conversation than anything else! Animal advocacy and community-over-competition is intentionally integrated into my personal and business-life and design remains a pinnacle of my company profile to this day. I’m originally an East Coaster, but lived in San Diego for 10 years before calling Long Beach my forever home (and potentially Hawaii coming soon)!
Associate Planner + Business Manager
Kathleen has been in the wedding industry for 2 years and with Nicole George Events since mid 2016. After getting her start with social event planning, she now leads her own weddings and events with the Los Angeles team. When she is not managing the behind the scenes of NGE, she is finishing up her program at UC Irvine, traveling, and attending endless concerts!
Allison started in the event industry in 2012 in her home of Boston. An Easter Coaster at heart, she jumped right into the fast paced wedding industry as an Intern with the NGE Team. She is now our leading Assistant Coordinator with both the Los Angeles and San Diego teams.
Krizsa is finishing up her degree in Business Economics and has decided to enter the business world through a more creative path. She is starting out in the wedding industry with NGE as an Administrative Assistant. A huge Disney lover, Krizsa loves going to Disneyland when she has free time from school and work. When she’s home, she loves grabbing a bowl of coffee ice cream and snuggling up with a good book just as much.
